The Motorola Edge 50 Pro made its debut in India on May 16, following its worldwide reveal in April. The smartphone is available in three Pantone-curated colors: Hot Pink, Marshmallow Blue, and Forest Blue. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 system-on-a-chip (SoC). The rear cover of the Marshmallow Blue and Hot Pink color variations is made of vegan leather, while the Hot Pink color variant has a suede texture. Conversely, the back panel of the Forest Blue variation features a PMMA finish.

On May 22, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will be available for purchase on Flipkart, an online retailer. Regarding the initial offer, users of ICICI Bank credit cards, debit cards, and EMI transactions can receive a discount of Rs 2,000.

The 6.7-inch pOLED 3D curved display on the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion has a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1600 nits. Gorilla Glass 5 is reportedly used by Motorola to safeguard the smartphone’s display. The phone has a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera sensor on the back and a 50-megapixel main sensor (Sony LYTIA 700C). The smartphone has a 32MP camera with a punch-hole display on the front.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro, which is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, is available with up to 256GB of onboard storage and up to 12GB of RAM. The 5,000mAh battery within the smartphone may be charged with a 68W cable charger. The Edge 50 Fusion is equipped with Motorola’s proprietary Hello UI on top of the Android 14 operating system. According to Motorola, the smartphone will receive four years of security patches and three years of OS updates.
