The Claims Against Dhruv Rathee
The lawsuit also claimed that since the plaintiff, who is one of the Prime Minister’s followers, is accused of having violent tendencies in the video without any apparent cause or logic, it is obvious that the video is damaging the plaintiff’s reputation.
The plaintiff further claimed that Mr. Dhruv made audacious and unsupported allegations about her in a very provocative and explosive video that went viral on digital media. It argued that the video’s deceptive intent stems from its false assertion that the plaintiff is connected in some way to aggressive and violent troll operations.
Dhruv Rathee’s disparaging remarks in the aforementioned video have seriously harmed the plaintiff’s reputation. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff’s personal and professional lives have suffered irreversible harm as a result of the false claims made by Dhruv Rathee.
