Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s wife, Sunita Kejriwal, slammed the BJP-led national government after a Delhi court prolonged the chief minister’s custody of the Enforcement Directorate on Monday, claiming they wanted to put the AAP leader behind bars because of the Lok Sabha elections. The nation’s citizens, according to her, will answer “this dictatorship.”
“What made him get put in jail? Their sole objective is to imprison him during the Lok Sabha elections. “This dictatorship will answer to the people of the country,” Sunita Kejriwal declared following the hearing.
BJP Responds: Sunita Kejriwals Gets Compared To Rabri Devi
Meanwhile, Rabri Devi, the wife of Lalu Yadav, who became the chief minister of Bihar when her husband was imprisoned in connection with a corruption case, was compared by BJP leader and government minister Hardeep Singh Puri to Sunita Kejriwal.
“Works on Rabri Devi are underway. In the last 7–10 days, I have already predicted three–four times that ‘Rabri Devi’ will emerge. I’m trying to suggest that Sunita Kejriwal will now speak up,” Puri remarked.
Hardeep Singh Puri also delivered a scathing jab at Arvind Kejriwal, claiming that since Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh, two AAP leaders, are in jail, he may now call cabinet meetings.
Is it possible for a government to operate from jail? This government already has three ministers incarcerated. He stated, “They can hold cabinet meetings behind bars and they have a quorum.”
Kejriwal Ought To Be Imprisoned States Bansuri Swaraj
According to BJP leader Bansuri Swaraj, the court thinks Kejriwal ought to stay in prison.

However, yesterday was another rally where he changed his “Guru.” And now Lalu Prasad Yadav is the ‘Guru’…Arvind Kejriwal hasn’t quit yet, but Lalu Yadav at least did so when he was about to go to jail.
The Arvind Kejriwal Arrest
In relation to the liquor policy issue, the Enforcement Directorate detained Arvind Kejriwal last month. According to the AAP, the reason he was arrested was to stop him from running for the Lok Sabha elections.
Sunita Kejriwal, his wife, has been reading aloud his messages ever since his arrest. Kejriwal’s resignation as chief minister of Delhi has been demanded by the BJP. However, according to AAP, he has issued multiple commands from within the prison.
